Nah, "Sir" is the correct term. "Sir" is a title bestowed on all knights regardless of gender, so calling Percival "Lady" would be an insult, since it would be stating she's of a lower class.
I honestly did not know that. 
"Sir" is a term so often associated with males, even in modern times, that I assumed Blaze was trying to masquerade as a guy so she could fight alongside others. (I never played SatBK.)
